Processing & Dispatch

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day.

Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Note: Dispatch times may be extended during public holidays or Sundays.

Local Pickup (Warehouse)

We offer an offline ordering facility from our warehouse. Please allow 4 hours for us to prepare your order for pickup once confirmed.

Same-Day Delivery (Region Specific)

Orders above ₹3,999/-: Enjoy Free Same-Day Delivery within Hyderabad.

Orders below ₹3,999/-: Same-day delivery is available for a nominal additional fee.

Delivery Timelines

We partner with premium couriers like Bluedart and Mark Express Courier to ensure reliability:

Metros: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Before Shipment

You may request an order cancellation before it is shipped via WhatsApp or by emailing support@deccanretail.com.

Right to Cancel

Deccan Retail reserves the right to hold or cancel orders in rare circumstances, such as:

Inaccurate pricing or product information.

Limited stock availability.

Suspected fraudulent transactions or payment errors. If your order is cancelled by us, our team will contact you immediately.

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. If an error occurs, you may need to collect the parcel from the courier’s local pickup hub.
